Originating from the coastal city of Varberg, with over 200 years of spa traditions, the brand now has additional offices in London and Paris and has recently embarked upon a strategic partnership with the French premium investment fund Experienced Capital.
For our store opening in Paris, we are looking for a Sales advisor.
• Be a brand ambassador by sharing L:a Bruket’s culture and values with customers • Provide exceptional customer service to insure growth in KPIs and reach the targets • Be involved in store’s events by promoting the brand in and out • Be responsible for any operational requests under the Store Manager’s control • Provide exceptional after sale service • Build loyalty by creating a strong customer base and follow up purchases by sending thank you notes
To be successful, you will have: • 2 years experience in a retail environment is desirable • Experience in working with skin care • Hands-on, practical problem solving and ability to complete tasks within set timeframes • Ability to proactively present and escalate ideas, suggestions and events boosting sales • To work towards distinct sale goals such as high conversion rate and PPK • Strong communication skills with warmth, energy and sincerity that converse confidently with clients • A genuine interest in clean beauty and the capacity to learn about and sell products requiring specialist knowledge • Curiosity and a willing to learn and embrace L:a Brukets unique approach to customer service.
