Its unique concept positioning has already reached a worldwide recognition with boutique presence in Sweden and Japan, as well as international luxury destinations such as Liberty and Galeries Lafayette Champs Elysées. Originating from the coastal city of Varberg, with over 200 years of spa traditions, the brand now has additional offices in London and Paris, and has recently signed embarked upon a strategic partnership with the French premium investment fund Experienced Capital. L:A BRUKET is now strengthening the organization with a position as Product Manager within cosmetics and home fragrance, to work with us in Paris, Stockholm or Varberg.
As a Product Manager, you will be working on developing new products within all our product groups from scratch to finished product and to contribute to our constant efforts to improve the current range. In cosmetics, the focus is on body care and skin care products. Our home range include home fragrance and home care products.
Work includes: - Contribute to the creative development process with his or her specific product and ingredient knowledge - Identify relevant ingredients - Develop and formulate products in the laboratory - Be the internal beauty and skin care expert you will help to drive innovation and communicate product benefits - Develop recipes for the products - Be responsible for the testing process - Take responsibility for compatibility to large scale production - Ensure that the products meet legal and business requirements - Make sure that all necessary documentation for the products is in place and that updates are made and followed - Design and validate new and current products artworks - Proactively participate in the construction of the launch plan with the Brand Team, reviewing initial feasibility - Investigate and solve problems in the event of any complaints and deviations
You will be part of the Product development department and you will daily be connected with the creative and purchase teams in Sweden. You will of course have a tight cooperation with our production units.
- Relevant technical college education in skin care, chemistry or equivalent education - Experience of working with skincare and/or fragrances - We also see that you have good computer skills and are experienced in working with the MS Office package - Fluent in English in both speech and writing
- An understanding of fragrance composition and/or aromatherapy practices
The candidate should be someone who’s highly motivated and likes to get things done. We see that you: - are structured and well organized - like to drive processes forward - are used to working independently but you should also be a good team player
