L:A BRUKET is now recruiting a Product Development Coordinator, to work with us in Varberg, Sweden.
As a Product Development Coordinator, you will ensure smooth operation within the product development team, and of the processes when it comes to launching new products. You will make sure that projects remain on target and meet deadlines. Work includes: - Contribute to the creative development process and projects with creative input, with planning, administration, documentation and holding the projects together - Ensure the product development process based on the launch plan of new products the various development samples - Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Creative team, with Purchase team and suppliers in order to ensure product development process - You will follow up that the different tasks within the product development are being made and are in line with the project planning (on time) - Responsibility for close contact with producers and suppliers to communicate comments on the various development samples - You will be updated of the budget of the different products and contribute to the keeping of the budgets - Continuously work on quality assurance of components and products. - Be up-to-date on any quality problems and, together with the creative team, purchase team and suppliers, take action to solve these problems - Organize meetings within the department and be part of the meetings. Take notes from all meetings and making action plans based on the notes - You will organize possible trips and hotel stays of the team
Based at the headquarters in Varberg, the Product Development Coordinator will be working together with the Product Development Manager and with the creative teams. You will have tight cooperation with the purchase department and with the production units.
- Academic degree, from fashion/textile university and/or business school or equivalent - Experience in Product development - Time management skills & Project management experience - Highly knowledge of MS Office applications - Fluent in English in both speech and writing - Excellent communication skills - Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and with suppliers
